My name is Stepha Dragoon (she/they), I'm a licensed social worker (LMSW) and life coach, certified through the Life Purpose Institute. I have over a decade of experience working in social impact initiatives across the United States and I am passionate about helping leaders thrive.
I have an intimate understanding of the passion, drive and challenges that leaders face in their work. My mission through coaching is to help you find the tools, boundaries and balance that you need to work toward your vision of the future.
Highlights of Work + Leadership
I hold a master's degree in social work and a master's degree in public affairs from the University of Texas at Austin. I received my bachelor's degree in Critical Theory & Social Justice from Occidental College in 2013.
When I was 22, I co-founded and served as curator for a nonprofit museum in New Orleans, a project that I worked on for over 5 years.
I currently coordinate state-level rural population health initiatives in Oregon.
In 2022, I was appointed by Governor Kate Brown's office to serve on the Oregon Broadband Advisory Council.
I currently serve on the board of the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network (YNPN), Portland chapter.
I spent two years supporting critical statewide research at the Institute on Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault (IDVSA) at the University of Texas at Austin.
I have worked with many nonprofit organizations as a social impact consultant to increase sustainability, innovate data collection methodologies and advance community impact.
